This process allows us to work efficiently while incorporating impactful feedback at every stage.You can expect consistent updates and deliverables every 24–48 hours until the entire project is completed.
How quickly will I receive my designs?
Most requests are completed within two days or less on average, though more complex projects may take longer.
What will I receive in 48 hours?
On average, typical requests are delivered within 48 hours. This includes items like a brand concept, landing page, or a collection of social templates. For larger requests, you can expect to receive deliverables every 24 hours until the entire request is completed.

what's the sweet science stack?
For product design, we primarily use Figma. For specialized requests, such as custom animations or illustrations, we leverage tools like Adobe, Procreate, and others. Custom website builds are typically crafted in Webflow, which requires a separate subscription.
Sweet Science Studios makes it easy and flexible to request designs through Trello. You can submit requests directly in Trello, share Google Docs, wireframes, or even provide video walk-throughs. For added convenience, we offer private Slack channels as a premium feature, giving you direct access to five principal designers and creatives.
Trello is our go-to tracking tool and a favorite among our clients and the Squad for keeping projects organized and on track.
What if I’m not happy with the design?
No problem! We’ll keep refining it until you’re completely satisfied.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand you might not always have enough design work to fill an entire month. If you only have a few design requests, pausing your subscription can be a great option. Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. For example, if you use the service for 21 days and then pause your subscription, your billing cycle will stop, leaving you with 10 unused days. You can resume your subscription at any time and use those remaining days in the future.
What happens if I want to cancel?
We doubt you will, however, if something extreme is happening, we understand, we are human. Just let us know via email within 14 days of your next billing period & we will work with you.
What if I only have one or two requests?
That’s no problem! You can pause your subscription once your request is complete and resume it whenever you have additional design needs. This way, none of your subscription goes to waste.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
We are dedicated to delivering exceptional results and ensuring your satisfaction. Due to our confidence in the quality of our work, we do not offer refunds for completed projects.
